New year resolution The real need is for students. It is imperative that the student fixes his focus on each new year and strives to brighten the future to come. It is very important for the students to present their resolution in the New Year resolution with the aim of getting their attention and brightening their future. A good student always tries to present the future in a good way by correcting the mistakes made in the present and past. We celebrate the New Year with joy and enthusiasm every year but at the same time, new year resolution is an important part of our lives. I want to excel in the medical field.


As an older brother, I want to take care of my whole family and relatives. My new year resolution will pay special attention to how to be more productive. I will also pay attention to the fact that I will get good grades in school. What do I want to do in the future? I will think about it today and move towards my future dreams. It is believed that the New Year provides an opportunity for many men to free themselves from old habits and awaken positive thoughts in their lives. In order to live a happy, contented, peaceful and prosperous life, people at all levels set their goals and make a resolution towards that goal. Since I am a student, the most important thing in student life is time.


So I will always make good use of my time. If I waste time today, I will waste time tomorrow. So I have listed my New Year resolution as follows-. I will make a lot of changes in each of my days to stay on top of this list and achieve the right goal. The most important reason behind the delay in something is the excessive use of social media like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram I hope to limit the time wasted on social media apps and television. And spend that time doing good. Instead of spending too much time watching television, I spend the same amount of time trying to keep fit and healthy, such as exercising, doing yoga, or playing sports.


In my spare time, I will also pursue my favorite hobby. And will try to spend my life better and build a better personality in the future. So friends! The fact that New Year is usually the last day before returning to work, people try extra hard to enjoy the festivities. Often kids are instructed to report their experiences and present the same when the school reopens after the winter holidays. This is a time of the year to mend old broken bridges and forgive past mistakes of the passing year. It offers a new chance of gratitude and forgiveness. It is also a widow to invite new people and experiences in our lives. People want to move away from the bad experiences or hurt of the past year and begin with a new slate. Many people also form New Year resolutions as possible milestones to reach in the upcoming year.


They want to translate their excitement and energy into new goals and outcomes and improve their efforts to become better at various things, both personally and professionally. Often, people resolve to try new fitness regiments in order to shed those extra kilos gained due to holiday eating and drinking, much like Christmas, many people also decide to plant and decorate New Year trees in order to symbolize their hopes and aspiration for the twelve months ahead. Elements that are often added to the decorations are the mistletoe, candies, bright lights, etc.



Overview: We should all at least try and get into the habit of exercising. If you were to start exercising today remember it give us not just a better physical state but mental as well. Living for a very long time is a great. There are numerous benefits to working out. Working out helps improve your muscles and can help you lose weight as well as your mental health. Working out can boost your energy levels and reduces stress and anxiety and it can also make you satisfied with your body. My goals set for the quarter are to increase my fitness level, and learn to breath with the movement. My goals were all met and I feel satisfied. Exercise will help you improve your quality of life. It can reduce stress, lift your mood, and help you sleep better.


Regular physical activity can improve muscle strength and boost your endurance. It then helps deliver oxygen and nutrients throughout the body and helps improve your cardiovascular system. When your heart and lungs work more efficiently, you have more energy. This helps solve the problematic trend of youths taking in more energy drinks than needed. When exercising, it is also acquired to eat healthy. Eating healthy will also improve your mood, health and alertness. Exercise helps combat health conditions and diseases. That was one of the studies made that higher sodium intake lead to a high risk of adverse health. Maintaining your weight, improving your mood, improving your overall brain function, and combating conditions like diabetes are all benefits to exercising on a regular basis.


I exercise through biking, walking, lifting, and playing softball at RASA. I walk or bike probably three times a week, lift twice a week, and play softball two to three times a week, thus causing me to be very active. I think physical activity helps me with my mental outlook because I have time dedicated to myself, with no stress. Exercise for me is a time to think and cleanse my thoughts as well as my mind. I think my exercise routine benefits all seven habitudes, but more specifically my adaptability and my curiosity. For instance, while playing softball, I must adapt. My resolution are jogging for 30 minutes everyday, spend more time with friends and family, get a higher gpa. Every year I make my simple resolution, but only keep one or two of them. Exercise is a most definite critical allaction to a well-being lifestyle. Doing such physical procedures keeps one highly appeased as it gives a feel of a vigor state on the outside body. Nevertheless, exercise does not only benefit the outside appearance and health. In fact, exercise has many positive benefits on the human brain as well. As a child and even as a teenager one tends to make dreams and set goals for life. On occasion these goals are far stretched and sometimes even fairy-tale like, we tend to see life through a rose-colored glass, not taking into account the many sidetracks life throws our way.


At that stage in life our goals tend to be less focused and somewhat unreachable. However, the process of growing up, or maturing, tends organized and center our goals, we learn to make compromises and set goals for our goals. There are different types of goals, short term and long term. I have learned to separate the many goals I have into three main categories: family, professional and personal. My personal goal as a student at the University of Phoenix is to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management within the next two years. This goal is very important to me because of the impact it will have on my family, work and personal life. In my family it will set a positive example for my daughters, grandchildren, and youngest sister.


My family has been a source of support throughout my years in college as I have pursued this degree while maintaining a full time job. Obtaining the degree will be an accomplishment not only for me but also for my family who has given me the encouragement to reach my goal. I have faith that this is the right time for me to finally get that career that my family and I. I perceive it will bring many new beginning and ends of things I have been enjoying for many years.
